Cancellation and Refund Policy

JEFRZ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED aims to be fair and flexible with its clients. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our consulting services.

Cancellations

• You may cancel a booked consultation or engagement by writing to us before the service begins.
• Once work on an engagement has started, fees for work already performed are payable and are not refundable.
• Where a session or engagement must be rescheduled, we will agree a new date with you where possible.

Refunds

• If we are unable to provide a service you have paid for, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that service.
• Any concern about a service you have received should be reported to us on the same day, using the contact details below. We will review it and respond with an appropriate decision.
• Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 working days to the original payment method.
